  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chillies (slit)

Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

Mix gram flour, yoghurt, ginger-green chilli paste, turmeric powder, salt, and water to make a batter.

Add Eno fruit salt and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased plate.

Steam for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, and green chillies for tempering. Pour over the steamed dhokla.

Cut into squares and serve with green chutney.
