boneless chicken breast (cut into fillets)
- 200g
mushrooms (sliced)
- 4
cloves garlic (minced)
- 1
cup heavy cream
- ½
cup chicken broth
- 1
tbsp butter
- 1
tbsp olive oil
- ½
tsp salt
- ½
tsp black pepper
- ½
tsp dried oregano
- ¼
cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1
tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

📌 Stepwise Preparation:
☑️ Season & Sear the
Chicken:
- Sprinkle
salt, black pepper, and oregano on the chicken fillets.
- Heat
olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sear
the chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove
and set aside.
☑️ Sauté the Mushrooms &
Garlic:
- In
the same pan, add butter and let it melt.
- Add
minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until mushrooms are soft and
golden.
☑️ Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
- Pour
in chicken broth and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add
heavy cream and stir gently.
- Mix
in grated parmesan cheese for extra richness.
☑️ Combine & Simmer:
- Return
the chicken to the pan, coating it with the sauce.
- Simmer
for 10 minutes until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
☑️ Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle
fresh parsley and serve hot with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables,
or garlic bread.
